Summer Assistant Digital, World Water Week 2025

The World Water Week team is looking for a Summer Assistant Digital to support the World Water Week team in the running of the Digital part of World Water Week.

The Summer Assistant Digital will report to the team-lead for Logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize and run the Digital World Water Week
  • Act as a liaison with the platform supplier Trippus and their tech assistance team, production company Adapt and their tech assistant team, the hosting convenors and speakers.
  • Organize trainings on the Digital platform together with the Programme team and the Digital Events Manager as well as the platform supplier Trippus if needed
  • Prepare Checklists
  • Monitor the WWW inbox in general and specifically coordinate answers regarding the Digital WWW
  • Assist in the recruitment of Assistants (Volunteers) to help run the Digital WWW
  • Other duties will be added to support the Programme and Logistics team in the run-up to WWW.
  • Ad hoc tasks within the Logistics and Programme team

The position is seasonal for 4 months starting from May to August up to 100%, with hourly rate. The work is hybrid and office attendance is mainly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
